Weve a great suite of products and we need your help to complete the Growth and Subscriptions triad. You will work alongside Product Management, Engineers and other Product Designers to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business.Why we need youWe need someone who is passionate about growing their craft and is keenly interested in the quantitative and qualitative aspects of product design. You are collaborative and enjoy working within the team while also iterating on your concepts and solutions. You understand and believe that design is a team sport and no one person is an island. Youre an advocate for the customer and can connect with the commercial aspects of product design.How Youll Make a DifferenceDesigners at Ansarada work within a product triad. Designers are accountable for aligning business and technical requirements to the customer experience. Designers understand the complexities in the customer domain and deliver simple user-centred solutions. You will work with senior leaders to connect your design solutions to strategy. Youll own design projects from start to finish and ensure measurable outcomes. You will gain a deep understanding of how design fits within the business and how we apply our design systems for the most impact.This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement with the team in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesday and Thursdays are great for focus and getting stuff done.What are the specifics?You dont need to tick all the boxes but feel you can in your first year!Youre confident designing complex customer interactions and have experience in visual, interaction, or information design.You understand the product lifecycle and how design impacts both the customer experience and business outcomes.You have experience in user-centred design and are comfortable gathering and balancing feedback to iterate and improve your work.You collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.You can advocate for design standards and contribute to evolving our design system and practices.You value ongoing learning, growth, and professional development.As an ISO27001-certified business, youll need to complete regular training and follow policies to keep sensitive information secure.IMPORTANT:To apply for this role, you will need to provide your resume, examples of your work, and most importantly an essay that answers this question:Where will you be and what will you have achieved in 3 to 5 years?Whos Ansarada?Were proud to be Great Place to Work certified!
