We are looking for someone who is committed to embedding themselves in the team and venue, connecting authentically with the community.As a Manager at Merivale, your focus will be on:Leading a large team of fun-loving individuals to ensure they are consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.Ensuring that our focus remains on the guest and their experience.Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales.Ideally, we would love to meet someone with 2-3 years experience in a similar role, a great can-do attitude, and a passion for guest experience.The RewardYou will be joining a company that wants you to succeed.
