Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are looking for a National Parts Manager to accelerate our growth trajectory and support a high-performing, values-driven workforce.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic experienced and customer centric National Parts Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, who will play a key national role in optimising the timely supply and procurement of spare parts from overseas and locally to our dealers, retaining stock levels and increasing working efficiencies across our spare parts departments nationally.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead VDIs parts function with high standards of customer centricity, whilst inspiring the team to perform optimally against set KPIsUtilise high levels of empowerment and autonomy to optimise functional performance.Coordinate timely and accurate parts orders, incoming shipments from overseas vendors and manage local courier dispatches.Liaise with international counterparts, assisting them to align customer needs with strategic imperatives.Establish enduring professional relationships with VDIs dealers and their customers to consistently achieve our customer experience and operational performance outcomes.
