Reporting to the Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for support to both your aligned team and broader business to help injured people bring their lives back together following a motor vehicle accident.The key responsibilities of this role are:Provision of appropriate rehabilitation advice and recommendations in accordance with the appropriate legislation and guidelinesImplementation and monitoring of appropriate treatment, rehabilitation and attendant care needsAssisting with the coordination of departmental rehabilitation servicesCoaching and mentoring Claims Staff in best practice injury managementWhat does success look like?Tertiary qualifications in medical, health or a related areaClinical, supervisory and/or workplace-based rehabilitation experienceExcellent people, communication, written, and networking skillsKnowledge and understanding of injury management and rehabilitation in a compensable settingSound computer skills and an ability to prioritizeAbout QBEWe can never really predict whats around the corner, but at QBE were asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.Were an international insurer thats building momentum towards realising our vision of becoming the most consistent and innovative risk partner.And our people will be at the centre of our success.
