Site Supervisor - Tier 2 Builder - NewcastleJoin to apply for the Site Supervisor - Tier 2 Builder - Newcastle role at Bluestone RecruitmentSite Supervisor - Tier 2 Builder - Newcastle13 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Site Supervisor - Tier 2 Builder - Newcastle role at Bluestone RecruitmentA busy Tier 2 builder who have a great name within the industry are looking for a Site Supervisor/ Foreman to join the business.The company specialise in projects up to $750 mil and work in sectors including education, government, residential, health, large CBD projects and industrial.They are continuously winning work and due to internal growth they are looking to add 2 x Site Supervisors to the team.About The RoleReporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesOversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the projectCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are metProvide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentMonitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basisAct as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership rolesAbout YouYou ideally have worked on commercial projects as a Site Manager or Supervisor/Foreman.
