With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be reporting directly to Customer Experience Manager, where you will oversee a calendar of Premium Guest events aimed at driving gaming visitation and revenue for local and prestige-targeted customers.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can contribute to building guest culture and develop end to end management of Premium Guest events.A few of your responsibilities:Delivery of Events Gaming calendar contributing to the delivery of reaching budgeted revenue and return on marketing investmentEnd-to-end management of Premium Guest events from customer targeting, investment, invitation strategy, execution and post-implementation reviewManaging supplier relationships including facilitating supplier set up, processing all payments for suppliers and building these relationships with suppliersEnsure event activities comply with RSA and RSG codes, statutory requirements and company policyMonitor real-time event attendance and adjust execution and management of allocated budgetWhat we are looking for:Minimum of 5 years experience in an administration/ guest service environmentAccreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible GamingDemonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expensesExcellent relationship building skills along with verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of player tracking systems (e.g. Opera, Filewise, Lotus Notes, KCMS, etc.) desirableAbout you:You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient event operations.
