Patients, staff and others.Work within the regulations as stated in the Food Act.Control the day-to-day menu collection and production summaries to ensure smooth running of all procedures.Assist in training of other staff within the Catering Department and have a strong commitment to teamwork.Carries out safe food handling techniques in relation to purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation and delivery.To order, monitor and maintain stock levels as required and within budget criteria.Efficient use of resources including monitoring of wastageYou will have minimum of three (3) years'' experience in a similar role and current Food Handlers Certificate.To be successful, you will demonstrate communication skills and the ability to relate well with other people.
