Our heritage of research, collaboration, and strategic innovation has positioned our Positive Nutrition brands for sustainable growth and financial success.The OpportunityCollaborate with Production in the development, monitoring and maintaining of manual cleaning programs to drive improvements in environmental conditions and GMP.Develop the environmental program for UHT in accordance with Group Policies and aligning with practices in the Nutritional Plant. Monitor industry best practice trends to drive system improvements. Monitor outcomes and direct corrective and preventative actions as required in a timely manner.Lead the investigation of customer and consumer complaints through undertaking continuous improvement methodologies to understand the issues and implement changes to prevent future complaints. Enter responses into Noumi platforms to form basis of reply to customers and consumers.Participate/ direct investigation activities relating to HOLD incidents to drive product fate decisions and development of corrective and preventative actions.Participate and lead RCA activity as required.Complete GMP daily walks and audits as scheduled.Conduct internal audits as scheduled.Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, particularly in food safety and quality aspects of manufacturing, including Critical Control Points (CCP), Regulatory Control Points (RCP), Quality Control Points (QCP), and GMP performance. Empower stakeholders to take ownership of food safety and quality within their respective areas and enhance training tools as needed.Actively participate in daily operational meetings and OpX activities to support the site FSMS.Ensure compliance to Noumi GMP and Food Safety standards.What Youll BringTertiary qualifications in Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of food manufacturing systems and regulatory compliance.Proven ability to drive food safety culture and continuous improvement.Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to build capability and accountability.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work to high standards within strict timelines and adapt to change with resilience.Why Noumi?Each new day at Noumi brings exciting opportunities for growth and impact.
