This opportunity will be required to follow US work hours to collaborate with our remote colleagues to ease out bugs on a full 40 hours working for Five (5) days from Monday-Friday.Role: Software Tester (Night Shift)Role Type: Full-time, PermanentWork Hours Arrangement: 9PM-5AM on remote basisCompensation Structure: Basic Salary + Night Shift AllowanceROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this systemUnderstand and represent customer needs in product feedback discussionsCustomer centric mindset to come up with test scenarios that test much more than stated use cases.Participate in release management and post deployment testingUse bug tracking tools to identify, prioritize, and track defects across different platforms.Design test plans, write test cases, and review functional requirement documentation specific to each platform.Work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. web/Android/iOS developers, QAs, product management, and design team to understand platform-specific requirements and to ensure consistent quality standards across platforms.
