Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options.PERSOLKELLY brings together the legacy and experience of four organizations that shaped the staffing landscape over the past century: Kelly Services, who pioneered the modern temporary help industry in 1946; SKILLED, who crafted the staffing industry in Australia in 1964; Programmed, the leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand; and PERSOLKELLY, the largest workforce solutions provider in APAC.The General Manager, SEAP will lead strategic and operational excellence across a dynamic region including Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceaniaspanning Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.This key leadership role is responsible for optimizing profitability, driving market expansion, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams across diverse cultural and commercial environments.Role is based in South Australia - AdelaideKey Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a 35-year regional strategy aligned with broader APAC and global goals.Drive growth through product innovation, market penetration, and operational efficiency.Identify strategic partnerships and plant opportunities in Adelaide.P&L AccountabilityManage full P&L across the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Delivery on key business metrics: revenue, margin, EBIT, and working capital.Market ExpansionLead market-entry strategies in emerging countries like Vietnam, the Philippines, and New Zealand.Tailor country-specific sales strategies in collaboration with functional leaders.Team DevelopmentBuild, lead, and retain a multicultural leadership team.Promote a performance-driven culture and succession planning.Stakeholder ManagementStrengthen relationships with governments, key clients, distributors, and internal global teams.Compliance & RiskEnsure compliance with local laws and global standards.Mitigate geopolitical and operational risks.Champion digital tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, analytics) and promote ESG-aligned sustainable practices.Key Qualifications:15+ years senior leadership experience, including 5+ years managing multi-country P&Ls in SEAP.Proven success in strategic execution, revenue growth, and cost control in multicultural environments.Strong understanding of the SEAP automotive aftermarket.Bachelor''s degree required; MBA preferred.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.High integrity, results-driven leadership, and cultural agility.How to Apply:If you are passionate about delivering quality work, love administration, and are looking to build a career in the accounting industry, wed love to hear from you.If you are interested in these roles and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
