We are committed to producing accessible food, supporting communities, and delivering strong economic results, all while prioritising sustainability to ensure a prosperous, healthy planet for future generations.The RoleTassal is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Dover Processing Facility, located approximately 80km south of Hobart. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5 days on, 3 days off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance while leading a critical part of our salmon production process.Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Manager, you will oversee a small team, ensuring efficient offloading, forklift operations, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
