Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently managing the disconnection and reconnection of electricity services, handling inquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, and billing concerns, as well as overseeing processes such as payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.What You''ll Be DoingHandle inbound and outbound contacts (as required) within the required time frameArrange payment plansManage customer direct debitsMeet required standards of qualityMeet attendance requirements in line with contract and company policiesOthers KPI''s as requiredRole Details:Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Rotating RosterNo weekends or public holidays!Multiple casual positions and full time opportunities.Must be available for 3 weeks of full-time paid training to set you up for success (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm)Location: Davidson Terrace Joondalup WAAustralian Based RoleAbout YouWhether you''re new to contact centres or bringing customer service experience from another industry, we value your unique perspective.
