This national role can be based in Perth, Sydney or SE Queensland, offering hybrid flexibility.Working with the Service Department and sales team, you will be instrumental in preparing and submitting competitive maintenance tenders aligned with our annual budget goals and growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our service teams nationwide on estimation and bid strategyPrepare and evaluate bid submissions, including Bid/No Bid decisionsRespond to RFPs and pricing requestsAssist with clarifications, presentations, and post-submission negotiationsConduct risk assessments, value engineering and cost control exercisesWork closely with Sales Managers, service managers and stakeholders to develop compelling tendersMaintain the quotation register and manage bid documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricingAssist with contract renewals and ongoing service estimation needsWhat Sets You ApartWere looking for someone who brings not only experience but a proactive mindset.
