Through compassionate case management and tailored support, you''ll help clients navigate challenges and build brighter futures.Key tasks and responsibilities include:Actively commit to and perform work in accordance with quality standards and continuous improvement;Legislation compliance and regulations affecting the position;Empowering participants to obtain and sustain long-term housing outcomes;Utilising motivational interviewing techniques and trauma informed practices to inform approach to all aspects of the work.This position also entails home visits and providing mobile support to families within crisis and emergency accommodation. Location is based across Brisbane, Logan and, Ipswich regions.About youYou are a highly organised, self-reflective professional with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for supporting individuals and families to sustain safe housing.
