We are searching for a new Bartender to join the team at our world class cocktail bar with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable!A little taste of your day-to-day:Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guests experience.Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and highlight promotions to guests.Set up your bar stock up on all the supplies youll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works.Look after your bar keep it clean and tidy and make sure the alcohol is always secure.Handling cash and credit transactionsWorking closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food serviceWhat We need from you:Full working rights in Australia without restrictionsStrong communication skills and confidence in speaking to guests from all over the world, with a warm, welcoming energyPrior experience mixing drinks and crafting cocktails, strong knowledge of wines and spirits.Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationThe strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneelingA good grasp of reading, writing and basic mathThe flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holiday shiftsCompliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol youll need to be above the minimum age requiredWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
