We are passionate about our work and committed to providing a safe, supportive, and motivating work environment.We currently have a secure casual position available for a Medium Rigid (MR) Driver based out of our Enfield Food Service distribution facility in Sydney.We seek a professional, experienced MR Driver with a good driving record to perform multi-drop deliveries of milk, dairy, and food service products to cafes, restaurants, clubs, and industrial clients. The successful candidate will work dayshift, 4 to 5 shifts per week, Monday through Friday, from 5:30am to 1:30pm.This is a secure position working with an experienced, friendly team in a busy Food Service environment. Overtime opportunities are regularly available due to our strong customer service focus.Key Requirements/Skills:Valid MR or higher Heavy Vehicle driver''s licenseAbility to follow written and verbal instructions closelyFocus on safety, quality, hygiene, delivery, and efficiencyGood customer service and communication skillsTroubleshooting skills and initiativeUnderstanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR)Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekendsAbility to work overtime and unsupervisedPhysical capability for multiple drop deliveriesResponsibilities include:Inventory controlOrder picking during delivery routesChain of Responsibility and load restraintQuality, safety, and hygiene controlManual handling and trolleying of productsMonitoring and reducing wasteRiverina Fresh offers competitive above-award rates, including shift allowances and overtime rates for skilled, experienced, and qualified team members.As a team member, you will demonstrate honesty, valuing input from others, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
