This is a Full time position based in Mildura.Manage daily staff enquiries, conduct audits, and provide feedback on Provider Appointments and job search assessments;Monitor Participant MORs, guidelines, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance;Build professional relationships with internal MADEC staff and provide practical support to participants;Use reporting to identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are achieved within required timeframes;Maintain accurate participant files and information systems.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo excel in this role, you will bring:Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;Well-developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills;The ability to manage conflict and navigate challenging situations professionally;Experience working with KPIs and achieving performance targets.A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.Ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic team committed to success?
