You will be the go-to person, mastering communication and coordination to create memorable experiences for our clients.Be the main point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, reliable assistance throughout the entire event.Oversee the running of events and collaborate with all Centre departments to keep things running efficiently.Deliver great customer service that leaves a lasting impression on our clients.Ensure all notes, work activities, and relevant information are recorded in our Event Management System (Momentus).ABOUT YOU:Every day, our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.You will have shared values and a people-centric mindset and genuinely want to make a difference.
