Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.Whats on your resume is important, but whats in your heart matters more.Because at St Vincents, kindness works for us.About The RoleSVC Flexi Force is a brand-new staffing pool initiative where you are guaranteed set days/shifts and are allocated to work in the area of the residential aged care home where assistance is most required for that particular shift. Enjoy the variety of working with different residents and colleagues on a regular basis!Work part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) on a six-month, fixed-term basis (view to extension if the pilot is a success!)Partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care, and lifestyle choices.Embrace the Heartprint model of compassionate, holistic, person-centred care.Strengthen residents wellbeing & purpose by upholding their needs, preferences & choices.
