Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate an effective maintenance service to all departments. You will be tasked at ensuring the building and surrounds, plant, machinery, and equipment is maintained and operates at the most efficient and productive method possible. We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic individual. Some key responsibilities of this hands on role are:Maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, furnishings, fixtures and equipmentFast and efficient service for departmental maintenance requestsCo-ordination of special projects with a view to minimizing guest inconvenienceAssist in providing an effective maintenance service to all departments.
