We have lots of folks wanting to use our service so we need more hands on deck!The RoleWere on the hunt for someone to jump in as an Appointment Setter. Part-time to start, but theres a full-time pathway for the right person. Youll be the first voice new leads hear, so its all about quick connections, qualifying them properly, and lining them up for a chat with our sales team.What Youll Be DoingFollowing a proven script but smart enough to tweak your own overtimeLocking in strategy calls for the sales teamDoing follow-up with leads whove gone coldTaking notes in our CRM and giving feedback on how the leads are lookingWorking with the crew to do better and be betterThis Could Be You If...Youre a natural talker who makes connections quickYoure hungry to build your sales game in a space thats boomingYou can self-manage and get stuff done without someone looking over your shoulderYouve got experience in sales or appointment setting (this is a must)Youre comfortable being measured and coached, its how we all growWhats In It For You$60K FT base (pro-rata for Part Time) + superBonuses based on performance and clear growth opportunitiesStart with around 20 hours/week, with room to scale upLearn directly from me (Joe Tucker) and the senior teamClear pathway into strategy, closing, or ops rolesFull training provided: scripts, objection handling, the worksYoull get to work high-quality, warm leads from our marketing efforts to convert.This Probably Isnt for You If:You want total flexibility but dont like being held accountableYou get scared of picking up the phoneYou freeze when given feedback or targetsYou disappear during prime lead timeYoure juggling five other projects and cant commit properlyKeen?
