As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who can take charge of day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations while supporting strategic efficiency improvements.Position SummaryAs the Logistics , you will be responsible for managing the physical flow of goods within the warehouse, overseeing storage, dispatch, stock accuracy, container coordination, and delivery scheduling. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy, hygiene, and safety while optimising warehouse layout and transport logistics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates leadership in warehouse efficiency and delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse ManagementDesign and maintain an optimised warehouse layout to ensure space utilisation and smooth product flow.Oversee the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods, ensuring correct handling and recording.Coordinate order preparation, including accurate picking, packing, and labelling of goods based on customer requirements.Ensure strict adherence to FIFO principles and perform regular stock rotations to maintain inventory integrity.Conduct weekly stock takes and resolve any variances or discrepancies proactively.Identify and report damaged or contaminated stock;
