Youre a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive, and to the high standard were known for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting a strong safety culture and ensuring the site meets EHSQ requirementsCoordinating the trades and sequencing of work based on construction programmesOverseeing site logistics, including site access, deliveries, and waste managementMaintaining project records such as documenting daily site activitiesEnsuring all incidents, dilapidation reports, and defects rectifications are completed and followed upAbout youExperience as a foreman, leading hand, or tradesperson in the construction industryGreat communicator and problem-solverStrong leadership, organisational, and people skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Procore knowledge a plus)Why were a great place to workWe have the ambitious vision to be the place where everyone wants to work.
