If you enjoy problem solving, and working across different equipment and machinery, we are interested in talking to you. We are seeking multiple Timber Mill Operators to join our team based at our Kyogle site, where you will be involved with a range of duties including stacking, wrapping, strapping, and grading of timber products, with other tasks such as moulder operators and forklift drivers available through training. This is a full-time day shift position working a condensed 4 day week, Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 3:15pm. We offer a starting wage of $26.93 per hour + Super + Paid overtime as required. Key Responsibilities Include Ongoing work with timber including grading, stacking, sorting, and strapping. Ad-hoc plant duties to ensure the smooth running of our Kyogle operations. Inventory management. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area. About You: You will have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace. Previous experience in manufacturing or manual handling is highly desirable. A positive attitude is essential. You must be reliable, punctual, and focused on the quality of your work. Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team. Physically fit and able to manually handle various-sized timber sections.
