Through excellence in group facilitation, building rapport, attention to detail and communication skills, you will be responsible for working across key programs with NSW Education, NGOs, Local Government, Indigenous Communities and State Health organisations, Facilitating Goanna Academy programs at an exceptional standard.The role supports the day-to-day operations of the Academy through program facilitation, administration support and relationship management. Youll have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a small but well connected and fast growing team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProgram facilitation of The Goanna Academy MindEd program to students ranging from grade 5 to 12.Undertaking program facilitation and administrative tasks for The Goanna Academy across Education, Community & Workplace programs.Program Facilitation for Indigenous Programs across Goanna Champions MobWellSupporting program delivery through assisting with engagement activities, meetings & developing and adhering to program timelines.Assist with the development, preparation, collation and coordination of program materialsMaintain records, and assist in collating and analysing data, preparing reports for evaluation and continuous improvement.Work with Goanna Academy team to ensure quality delivery of programsEngage with Government agencies and community organisations.Assist in the management of relationships with internal and external business units and stakeholders.Can do attitude!
