The Health Program Coordinator plays a critical role in a dynamic project management team to deliver exceptional client and community outcomes.This is a hybrid position based in Naarm Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesLead and mentor junior team members to effectively run a large-scale project, helping prioritize activities and develop capability.Take complete ownership of the Program Management Office, including day-to-day program delivery, specific projects (which may involve designing new processes, tools, etc.), and ad-hoc tasks, all while maintaining a strong client focus and driving deliverables throughout.Provide ongoing project management support, including budget management, program reporting, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.Skills and attributes for successMinimum 2 years experience in project coordination within a consulting environment or team-based project or program delivery setting, demonstrating strong project administration skills and attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.The ability to lead and mentor your team to complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment, fostering creative thinking and effective problem-solving (and escalating as required).Ability to manage conflicting priorities, switch between tasks seamlessly, and possess a strong initiative with a desire for continuous process improvement.Ideally, youll also have the skills and attributes below, but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
