This will include increasing community awareness and ensuring recruitment of the target population for screening and prevention. The position will work within appropriate guidelines (ie. BreastScreen Australia and BreastScreen NSW). View our application guide for information on how to respond to criteria and improve your application.Tertiary qualifications in communication, health promotion, marketing, public relations or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.Knowledge of screening and prevention services available and/or experience in working for BreastScreen or other population based health programs is desirable.Demonstrated experience in program design, implementation and evaluation within an evidence-based framework for diverse communities.Demonstrated skills in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing plans with excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to represent the Service at a high level on client recruitment matters with key stakeholders.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver''s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
