We are committed to ensure that all our people feel respected and participate safely within a work environment without aggression, sexual harassment, discrimination and racism.Where You''ll Be WorkingHornsby Hospital (location can be negotiable) Northern Sydney Local Health DistrictWhat You''ll Be DoingProvide assertive and intensive family focused intervention and short term care coordination including comprehensive assessment, collaborative goal setting and care planning, intervention and evaluation of care for children, young people and their families who are experiencing acute and complex mental health problems.Work in collaboration with CYMHS OSCA team members in developing and supporting best clinical practices that are associated with assertive outreach services and optimal outcomes for young people and families.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following CriteriaRecognised Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy with registration with AHPRA or membership to AASW. Social Workers and Occupational Therapists Level 3 require minimum experience at Level 2. Clinical Psychologists require master''s degree and registration requirements.
