You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and thrive in an environment that rewards and celebrates achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.We are currently seeking Facility Director that will be responsible for delivery of the VCCC FM contract within contract and Honeywell performance requirements.The Facility Director is also responsible for the overall operation of the site, liaising directly with customers and sub-contractors and adheres to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract that supports the overall success of the Health Portfolio.ResponsibilitiesOversight of service delivery activities and contract deliverablesMaintain overall financial control service deliveryManage delivery of Refurbishment and Lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategiesLiaise with client representatives, customers and service recipients to ensure customer satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectationsManage workload, improve processes and systems, client liaison and escalation, and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service to VCCC.Qualifications5+ years experience in a management role within a service / facility management businessExceptional staff management and process improvement skillsStrong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issuesAbility to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groupsPPP experience is highly regardedWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
