Our clients trust us to keep their tech running smoothly, and our people make that happen.The RoleWere on the hunt for a Service Coordinatora highly organised professional who thrives in the background, making sure everything in the service engine runs on time.This non-technical position is ideal for someone who:Loves structure and schedulesIs confident in juggling priorities and peopleWants to work closely with service, project, and cyber teams to keep workflows flowingYoull be managing three service pods and specialist resources, ensuring tickets are triaged quickly, time is tracked correctly, and teams are where they need to be.
