This is a unique opportunity to support FKs growth by building strong client relationships, coordinating high-quality bids and proposals, delivering memorable events and campaigns, and supporting proactive pursuit strategies. Youll work closely with our Principals, sector leads, and marketing team in a collaborative, design-focused environment where your ideas and initiative will help shape the future of our practice.What Youll DoCoordinate and track client engagement activities across studios and sectors.Maintain up-to-date client contact lists, CRM entries, and engagement plans.Assist in planning and delivering client events, presentations, and targeted campaigns.Support the preparation of EOIs, RFPs, competitions, and pitch documents.Curate and maintain content libraries, staff bios, capability statements, and project sheets.Research potential clients, sectors, collaborators, and opportunities.Contribute to pursuit planning, win strategies, and reporting on pipeline activity.Collaborate with the marketing team on events, thought leadership, and digital content.What Youll BringExperience in a business development, marketing, or client-focused roleideally within architecture, design, or professional services.Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confidence engaging with senior leaders, clients, and external collaborators.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign); CRM experience a plus.Professional, proactive, and genuinely curious about clients and the market.Why FK?FK is a design-led, award-winning practice with a strong national reputation.
