As a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Roster: Tuesday - Saturday (12:00am - 8:00am), finish at 8:30am on Tuesdays OR On CallPurpose of the RoleAssist with production and packing of product.Assist with Machine Operation.Cleaning duties as required.Complete operational documentation.Carry out manual handling tasks safely.Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred).Strong safety focus, working in a team environment.Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated.Passion for food safety.Adaptable and flexible.Sound communication skills (written and verbal).Proof of rights to work in Australia.Why Join Us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we''re proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
