As the Growth Logistics Coordinator, you''ll report to the Head of Growth and play a key role in growing the global supply chain network. You''ll help automate processes, maintain clean data, and streamline how new manufacturers are onboardedall while preparing for more intelligent, AI-powered operations in the future. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing platform changing how beauty products come to market globally.What Youll DoTurn strategy into action: Support the Head of Growth in building scalable, repeatable processes for manufacturer acquisition and onboarding.Own supply chain data: Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent manufacturer profiles, metrics, and compliance recordslaying the foundation for advanced analytics and AI.Automate and improve workflows: Identify manual pain points and recommend automation tools, with a focus on AI applications like LLMs and agentic workflows.Manage onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new manufacturers, ensuring data is captured, documents are complete, and integration is smooth.Track performance: Monitor supply-side metrics (e.g. onboarding cycle time, data quality) and deliver regular reports to highlight wins and areas for improvement.Bridge teams: Work across Growth, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for smarter tools and better data integration.Support market research: Help gather insights on new manufacturer categories, market trends, and competitorsespecially those suited to AI-enhanced discovery.Create documentation: Build playbooks, process docs, and training materials to support operational consistency and data best practices.What Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years experience in operations, growth ops, business ops or project coordinationideally within a startup, SaaS, or marketplace setting.Strong systems thinker: You spot patterns, see where automation fits, and understand how processes scaleespecially with help from AI.Data-savvy: Youre comfortable with data, focused on accuracy, and understand how clean data powers decisions (and machine learning).Curious and tech-adaptable: You love learning new tools and are excited by the practical potential of AI in everyday ops.Problem solver: You work proactively, think logically, and look for ways to improve systems and outcomes.Confident with Excel and familiar with API or data integration concepts.If you''re ready to be a part of an innovative company committed to making a difference in the manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you.
