This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team that supports the full employee lifecycle across the business.In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional HR support and coordination across a range of people initiatives. Youll work closely with the People and Culture Business Partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of People and Culture processes while also contributing to continuous improvement and employee experience initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about people and culture.Key AccountabilitiesProvide day-to-day coordination and support to the People and Culture team.Assist with the implementation and communication of People and Culture policies, procedures, and initiatives.Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee movements.Coordinate and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Assist with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of People and Culture documentation.Support the delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programs.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of People and Culture related queries.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the People and Culture function.Skills and ExperienceStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP) is desirable.A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards).Why WesTrac?As one of the world''s leading Caterpillar dealers, WesTrac services a broad range of customers across NSW, ACT & WA.
