Together, were shaping the future of automotive and industrial solutions.OpportunityAs the Territory Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the South Brisbane region. You''ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure an exceptional experience. From developing new business to nurturing long-standing relationships, this role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who loves being out in the field.This role involves regional travel including monthly overnight trips, to ensure consistent support and service across your territory.How Youll Make An ImpactIn this role, your actions directly contribute to the company''s growth and reputation. You''ll be the face of our brand in your territory, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. By identifying new opportunities, providing insights from the field, and exceeding performance targets, you''ll help shape our success while enhancing your own career progression.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with key accounts to achieve growth and optimize promotional activities.Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition of new businessAchieve monthly sales targets in all categoriesMonitor and maintain existing customers and increasing Valvolines product range of businessLiaise with supply chain on product forecasting and trends with view to seamless product supply to designated market segments.Territory analysis of accounts for gross profit, client usage, follow ups with amortized accountsOn-going development of sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and teamworkDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performanceTo Be Successful, You Will HaveExcellent relationship building and negotiation skillsPrevious experience in a territory, account management, or B2B sales roleStrong knowledge of the automotive or lubricants industryProven track record of sales success and business developmentExcellent business acumen and attention to detailGreat communication and organisation skillsAbility to function constructively within a team environment, as well as work autonomously.A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiativeThe ability to be computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, whilst not essential will be highly regardedA valid drivers licenceBenefits Of Joining The Valvoline TeamCompetitive Remuneration Package: Generous base salary + 11.5% super + bonus incentive program & 20% annual leave loadingTools of the Trade: Fully maintained company vehicle & fuel card, mobile phone & laptopWellbeing: 2 paid wellness days per year & access to our Employee Assistance ProgramRecognition Programs: Annual ANZ Award Ceremony & Hands on Expertise Awards quarterlyEndless Opportunities: Global career opportunities, ongoing training & development & access to Pathfinder: a one-stop location for leadership and professional development resourcesValvoline Global is an equal opportunity employer.
