We are incredibly proud of the achievements of FleetPartners including being the first fleet organisation to attain environment certifications in all operational regions, as well as third consecutive year held Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE).Who we''re looking for:We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can manage relationships with existing SME customers to ensuring growth opportunities are maximised whilst also ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.What you''ll be doing:Achieve company sales targets by retaining direct SME customers that have a Novated Employer relationship and identifying new business growth opportunities from existing customers to cross sell productsDevelop and own a sales pipeline of opportunities including employee leads, and end of lease expiries to deliver new business writings.Build and manage relationships with existing customers and employers that offer Novated leasing to their employees through regular contact strategyIdentify new opportunities within current customer base through business reviews and customer meetingComplete generic engagement sessions and training with groups of employees to generate new incremental sales opportunitiesEnsure the retention and growth of direct SME customers by communicating through phone and email and meet minimum activity targets in line with proactive contact strategyEnsure all systems are updated with customer details, authorised contacts and employee opportunity sizingEnsure all customer deliverables including application, quote requests and general queries are managed in accordance with SLA''s and customer expectationsProvide value added market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing department including customer, competitor and product feedback to improve our value proposition to winUpload and maintain relevant customer data in Salesforce and other operating systems to capture all opportunities and customer communication holisticallyOther duties as requiredRequirementsIf this excites you then this is what we are looking for ...At least 2 years of experience in B2B account management or inside sales orientated role.
