We support solicitors, brokers, and financial institutions across Australia .The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Document Preparation team within our Mortgage Processing division. Based in Sydney, this is a key leadership role responsible for day-to-day team management, client service delivery, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and motivate a team to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)Allocate resources effectively across workflows and maintain optimal file distributionAct as the first point of contact for escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionallyFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through exceptional communicationDrive the implementation of new processes and ensure best practices are upheldMonitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage any performance-related mattersContribute to client onboarding, projects, and process improvement initiativesIdentify and help mitigate operational risksAbout YouYou''re a proactive, results-driven leader who brings a positive mindset to problem-solving and decision-making.
