Youll have access to LinkedIn Learning for self-paced growth, along with workshops and resources focused on building core skills like communication, leadership, and time management.Your rotations:We have an opportunity within our Supply & Optimisation department. The role will rotate throughout Lytton Refinery doing Planning and Scheduling and time spent within Infrastructure. You will be supported by leaders and the program as you work your way through your rotations prior to your permanent placement.About youOur ideal candidates will be passionate about growingcritical skills necessary for professional growth, leadership and a strong focus on safety.You will bring with you solid technical and engineering fundamentals, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various teams.Qualification criteriaTertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering. Industrial considered for the Supply and Optimisation role.
