HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging, and older persons mental health.About The RoleThe role of Salesforce Administrator reports into the Platforms Manager and is to ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in business systems.This is a permanent full-time role based at our head office in St Leonards with some working from home flexibility.What We Can Offer YouWe care about your wellbeing at HammondCare and as a result offer a wide range of health and lifestyle benefits including:NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit (up to $2,650 tax free)Additional leave purchase options and 14 weeks paid parental leaveFlexible working options, including hybrid arrangementsDiscounts on everyday products and servicesDiscounted healthcare memberships - access to network of fitness centres and pools for employees and familiesFree independent, confidential counselling services, wellbeing resources and webinars available through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family.Health & Wellbeing programmesReward & Recognition programmesReferral bonusesCareer and professional development opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, etcUser support tickets troubleshoot and resolve user issues.Identify, gather, and clarify requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria from users and stakeholders.Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, app building, AppExchange product management, dashboards, and reports.Salesforce data migration and transformation using data loader.Keep technical documentation up to date.Environment and deployment management tasks.Implementation partner engagement and support.Monitoring user adoption and supporting improvement champions.User training and creating training materials.Communications and collaborations across other business teams.About YouHigh level communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well to problem solve within a team.At least 2 years demonstrated experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience delivering user support in Salesforce or as part of an implementation team, or within a similar application support role (additional time in a support role highly regarded).Tertiary qualifications in information systems or the equivalent work experience.Business Analytics skills such as running discovery workshops, eliciting requirements, writing agile user stories, mapping/mining business processes, training users and preparing project and training documentation.Practical knowledge of the development lifecycle and devops processes.Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to priorities tasks to meet deadlines, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.Expert computer skills including end user device operating a variety of systems and applications.A willingness to learn and continue grow your skills in this role.DesirableExperience with implementing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud Voice, or Digital Engagement.Experience in the Aged Care, Health Sector or Non-profit organisation.Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer, UX Developer or other Salesforce Certification.Webform building experience and a knowledge of web styling and development.Experience with the Atlassian toolset, specifically with Confluence and Jira Projects.Experience with writing Test Scripts and/or using Test Automation Tools.Additional SQL programming skills, basic working knowledge of MS SQL server & other MS automation tools, experience in Power BI.To ApplyIf you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!Pre- Employment ChecksAll short-listed applicants for these positions will be asked to consent to a criminal record check and reference checks and must be willing to obtain a COVID-19 vaccination.HammondCare is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
