We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.The Senior Client Executive is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of construction clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of a portfolio.HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).What the day will look likeEnd to end management of an existing portfolio in the construction spaceBuild, manage and execute a pipeline of new businessActively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunitiesProactively engage with clients around their risks, their current policies, and what policies they should considerRespond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claimsHandling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, invoicingHandling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilitiesBe part of a close-knit team with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills, mentor, and train othersCollaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement processesActively support utilisation of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvementEffective time management and the ability to multi-taskIn order to drive better advice and better solutions to our National Clients, assisting in retention and growth.Skills and experience that will lead to successThis position will suit a someone with the following experience:Strong client relationship management capabilitiesFirst-class communication and presentation skillsStrong administrative skillsA keen entrepreneurial spiritEye for detail and quality whilst working under pressureEagerness to grow a career in insuranceTier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skillsHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
