CBD located and renowned for investing heavily in people and technology, theyve created a high-performance workplace that drives exceptional market results.The RoleThe Property Analyst is responsible for providing property performance analysis and insight for a fast growth portfolio of premium Office Assets to Fund and Asset Management teams. Influence strategic decision making and asset performance.Key Duties and Responsibilities include:Preparation of all financial management reporting incorporating leasing activity and portfolio performance metrics to Group, Fund teams and external stakeholders as required.
