Join a supportive and growing finance team within a national organisation that values your contribution and professional growth.About the roleKanda is currently seeking three motivated Finance Officers to support key financial processes. Working closely with the Finance Coordinator, you''ll play an integral role in delivering accurate and timely finance operations that support our national services from our Bundaberg office. This is a full-time position.Key ResponsibilitiesEntering accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Processing of weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations.Managing debtor collections and associated reporting.Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests.Providing administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements.Assisting in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing.About YouRelevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.General Bookkeeping skillsDemonstrated experience working in a similar finance related role.Professional Email & Report Writing - Can format and write clear finance-related correspondence.Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence is essential.Hold and maintain an approved WWC & NDIS Worker Screening clearance.Proactive, accurate, and detail-orientated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.Able to meet deadlines for reports, reconciliations, or audits.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.A team player with professional and positive personal presence.About UsAt Kanda were more than a care provider were a community.
