We have an outstanding track record in the professional development of our team.About the PositionYou will be part of a team whose goal is to grow the ICT capability of our business to benefit our patients, Doctor referrer network and employees. This is critical to our business success, given our commitment to open new practices and increase the capability of our existing locations. This means you will have exposure to a wide variety of opportunities to develop your skillset. You will be joining a high performing team, who are committed professional development and reward innovation.You will be responsible for a mixture of infrastructure maintenance and projects, where your focus will be to utilise technology to create and enhance repeatable/scalable processes that adapt quickly to our business requirements. This will include:Lead the investigation and resolution of infrastructure issues; identify root causes and prevent future disruptionsDeliver responsive Level 3+ technical support across systems, infrastructure and securityMaintain, monitor, and secure core systemsMonitor system health and proactively detect performance bottlenecks.Provide insights and reports on system performance and infrastructure status.Implement and automate the monitoring of our infrastructure using cutting-edge cyber security tools and practices; always considering risk factors at every point.Work closely with ICT peers to ensure system integration and alignment with clinical operations.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party supportAbout YouYou must have an inquisitive mind and be seeking an opportunity where you will have to adapt and learn new systems, processes and situations that are unique to Diagnostic Imaging. You will be self-motivated individual, who thrives in an environment where you will be given the freedom to work independently, but with a supportive team to guide you.You must possess a Tertiary qualification in ICT or related field and possess significant experience within Infrastructure Maintenance and Projects. You will have excellent practical knowledge across a modern stack; Microsoft 365 Administration, InTune, Active Directory, Veeam backup, networking, cloud platforms such as Azure. You must possess a solid understand of modern Cyber security and governance tools and standards, including secure Endpoint and Networking.You must have ITIL v4 Foundation certification or be willingness to obtain.
