From day one, you''ll work with an established client base, building your name and reputation in a high-performing, collaborative environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needsProactively networking and sourcing quality candidatesExecuting candidate attraction strategies for priority rolesConducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidatesGenerating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM)Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and complianceAssisting BDMs with lead generation and market insightsWe''re looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to make an impact.
