Join our dynamic team and be a part of shaping the future of commercial building services in Sydney.The Role:As the State Sales Manager for Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales outcomes and supporting the project team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Based in Sydney, you will lead business development efforts across the state with a keen focus on the CBD, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Sydney market.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property managers, and other key stakeholders in the construction and property industry.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expand Veraspecs footprint.Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered efficiently.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs.Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM systems.Represent Veraspec at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence.About You:Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the construction, property, or faade industry.Strong network and relationships within the Sydney commercial property sector.Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets in a competitive market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Familiarity with faade services, glazing, or high-rise building maintenance is highly desirable.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work with a market-leading company in a specialised industry.A supportive and dynamic team environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.The chance to make a significant impact in shaping Veraspecs success in Sydney.If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the construction and property industry, wed love to hear from you!
