This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with the successful applicant to be based in either North Sydney or Brisbane.If you are excited about an opportunity to join a forward-thinking squad and implementing strategic projects, we want to hear from you!Salary: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentiveSo, whats the job?The PMO Lead is responsible for designing, building and scaling the business PMO capability to support a culture of project excellence across the organisation.Youll enable the broad and effective implementation of PMO processes and policies across target business functions through championing PMO adoptionYoull collaborate with Project Managers to set up formalised, structured tracking programs for all projectsYoull consolidate financial results and forecasts and provide portfolio level reporting on costs and benefitsYoull identify, monitor, and manage risks across the portfolioYoull facilitate communication between technical teams and internal customersYoull implement support of new ways of workingAnd what are we looking for?To be successful in this role -Youll have 5+ years'' experience as a PMO Lead within an Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience (highly desirable)Youll have experience working in agile cross-functional environmentsYoull have a certification in Project Management such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2Youll have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Project Management software toolsYoull have a Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related fieldSo, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.We have more than 2600 employees worldwide: were a global group of digital specialists, actuaries, marketers, doctors, nurses, case managers, claims specialists, finance experts and customer service professionals.
