Working alongside the Talent Specialist and Head of Talent, you''ll learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to exciting talent projects. This role is ideal if you have experience managing full-cycle recruitment and are comfortable navigating a startup environment.Responsibilities include:Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offersCollaborating with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs globallyWriting engaging job advertisements and posting across multiple platformsDeveloping tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for hard-to-fill rolesProviding a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely updates and clear communicationBuilding talent pipelines for niche roles across regionsEnsuring recruitment practices comply with employment lawsStaying informed on global recruitment trends, tools, and best practicesProviding market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarksMaintaining accurate records in our ATSRequirements:Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or startup environmentsProficiency with ATS (TeamTailor) and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced settingStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of Australian employment law (favorable)Experience with UK and US recruitment is a plus but not requiredAre you a Dabbler?The right candidate is quick to learn, adaptable, and a team player.
