Your focus will be on ensuring that TK Maxx Australia Stores and Store Operations receive their deliveries and information in the most efficient and timely manner possible.This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will directly support store performance.We understand that great logistics talent comes from a variety of backgrounds. If youve previously worked in roles such as:Transport Dispatcher or Scheduler managing delivery schedules, tracking shipments, or optimizing routesTransport Planner coordinating freight and delivery timelinesFleet Manager overseeing transport operations and vehicle logisticsLogistics Coordinator working with international or domestic 3PL vendorsSupply Chain Specialist supporting end-to-end supply chain functionsLogistics Specialist in either domestic or international contextsthen you likely have the skills and experience were looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily outbound deliveriesto ensure stores receive stock on time and in full.Manage return logistics and offsite stock movements, keeping everything running smoothly.Track performance and delivery metrics, using data to drive improvements.Champion safety and compliance, making sure all transport activities meet legal and company standards.Identify delivery issues earlyand work with teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.What were looking forHands-on experience in coordinating transport, freight and distribution logisticsProficient with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelSupports a culture of respect and collaboration, bringing people together to achieve goalsTakes pride in accuracy, ensuring even the small things are well doneAt TJX Australia, every day brings new opportunities for growth, exploration, and achievement.
