In this high-impact role, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end eCommerce growth and brand presence across Australia, New Zealand, and Asian markets.Job DescriptionWhat Youll Do:Performance Marketing & eCommerceOptimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI.Oversee DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.Use insights to refine media targeting, conversion funnels, and support CRO initiatives.Content & Influencer ManagementLead agile development of platform-specific content, including A+ content for marketplaces.Manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets.Identify and manage influencer and UGC partnerships to boost engagement and advocacy.Sampling & Event ActivationPlan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth.Align sampling and events with broader digital campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns.Track and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution.Set and monitor investment budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs and ROMI.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industriesProven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels including DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platformsStrong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplacesExperience leading agile content creation, influencer programs, and UGC campaigns to boost brand engagement and salesDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and external agenciesData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaignsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentAdditional InformationWhy Join Jack Links?Be part of something bigger:Jack Links is a global brand with a strong presence in the APAC region.Collaborate across teams:Work alongside our APAC team members to bring our unique culture to life!Supportive environment:Join a fun, cohesive team committed to achieving greatness.Whats Next?Ready to make your mark?
