The ideal candidate will be Xero-proficient, highly analytical, and experienced in working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsideally in the fintech or financial services space.The suitable candidate would be able to communicate fluently inboth English and Vietnamese.Key ResponsibilitiesManagedaily reconciliationsof all accounts and bank feeds usingXero.Prepare and reportweekly payroll summariesacross multiple jurisdictions.Assist in preparingmonthly management reports,including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational KPIs.Collaborate with the finance team to preparebudgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.EnsureBAS, IAS, PAYG, and superannuationobligations (AU) are prepared and reported accurately (working alongside the Australian compliance team).Support financial audits and regulatory compliance across Vietnam and Australia.Coordinate with cross-border finance teams and payment partners to ensure smooth reconciliations and settlement matching.Recommend and implement improvements to systems, controls, and processes as EzyRemit continues to scale.Maintain documentation and procedures aligned with internal audit and regulatory expectations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degreein Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
